Katie Mackenzie wants to help people feel better about themselves and less guilty about doing it wrong. Usually there is no right or wrong.
She was inspired to write this book after chatting to a friend who bemoaned how unfit she felt and how unachievable getting into exercise seemed to be. Katie herself had been giving up on many different types of exercise regime or new fitness activity over the years, as well as avidly learning about both physical and mental health. She felt it was time to bring it all together into a straightforward format to help others find motivation and enjoy movement.
Her favourite form of movement (at the moment) is long distance walking, especially with friends to chat to on the way and a stop for a picnic.
She struggles to climb over walls.
